To be a credible independent resource for expertise and objective research on migrant women’s issues in Suriname and the Caribbean.

Sustainability

To create positive and measurable change for migrant women’s economic self-reliance through the implementation of sustainable programmes and initiatives, that foster change.

Collaboration

To work with local and international NGOs, businesses, government, academics and media to identify areas for effective collaboration.

Gender Equality

To challenge gender stereotypes that are at the root cause of so many constraints that migrant women face.

Eliminate GBV

To increase active implementation of measures to eliminate gender base violence and intimate partner violence against women and girls.

Climate Change

To support projects and initiatives that promoted awareness to climate change issues, as it not just an environmental problem, but also an ethical and political challenge.
